In 2021, we launched our first Nature and Art Global Art Competition—and the response was overwhelming. Building on that success, our 2023 competition brought together over 10,000 submissions from 23 countries and regions, each one a heartfelt expression of a young person’s dream for a healthier planet. With the theme of biodiversity conservation, this competition encouraged children and teens to reflect their true feelings and actions for the Earth through art. From this vast collection, 1,700 exceptional works were selected for exhibitions around the world—both online and in-person—and 400 outstanding pieces received awards. These are now preserved in a commemorative book, an official record of this global project.
This initiative is proudly supervised by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and UNESCO World Youth Academy of Arts and Visual Arts, ensuring both quality and international recognition.
